UK Delivery
All items ordered before 1PM am are shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. Orders placed after 1PM on any week day will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders on Friday after 1PM am will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) If the item shows in stock on the website but the Items have ran out of stock in our warehouse before an update to the site has been made on the day you will be emailed within 24hrs to inform you of this.
Free shipping available for customers in the UK mainland ONLY when free shipping offers apply.
We use a variety of courier services for delivery of our products.
We always inform you of your parcel dispatch time.
We always provide Tracking Information on request.
UK Mainland
Delivery to UK mainland addresses is charged at low rate Royal mail postage for small orders and sent via APC next day for larger orders with packages over 2KG
Scottish Highlands and Islands
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands is charged at £20 and is sent using a 2-3 working day service after the dispatch time.
Northern Ireland
Delivery to Northern Ireland is charged at £15.50 and is sent using a 2-3 working days service.
PLEASE NOTE:
If the package or item is returned to us because the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel and the Courier returns the items to us we reserve the right to restock the items that are returned and then credit your Payment method back for the items you have purchased minus the courier fees to you and back to us. You will have to re-order the items to have the items re-shipped.
IMPORTANT:
Items that qualify for free delivery that are returned to us due to the customer not taking receipt of the goods because they are unavailable to take delivery and do not re arrange directly with the courier to redeliver, then Automotiveswitches.co.uk reserve the right to charge for the re-delivery if we have to re dispatch the items again from our warehouse.
Delivery Address Details:
If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which in turn causes a failed delivery then we can not hold any responsibility for this shipment, so please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly and checked before completing your order.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available to UK mainland address ONLY when Free delivery is on offer only and excludes all addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland.
European and International Delivery
Flocking Ltd can ship internationally to many countries in Europe and other countries outside of Europe. Shipping is based on the weight of your order and shipping will be calculated at the checkout process. For Delivery outside of Europe please do not select a free shipping option and please contact us for a shipping quotation before completing your purchase.
